Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://siouxsconstruction.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Sioux's Construction markets and arranges Site Preparation, Decorative Brickwork, Chimney Repair, Driveway Installation, Concrete Demolition. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://siouxsconstruction.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Sioux's Construction or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Account Closure. Sioux's Construction reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Sioux's Construction does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Sioux's Construction arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Sioux's Construction from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Choice of Law. IA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of IA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Term Changes. Sioux's Construction may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
